1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ber1777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ber1777 website at https://ber1777.net and all associated services, products, tools, and features offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and payment services.

By completing the ber1777 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm unambiguously that:

• You have read these Terms in full and in the English language in which they are presented.
• You understand the contents of these Terms and accept them without reservation.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including the minimum age requirement.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the platform for your own personal, recreational use only.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are not guaranteed to win any amount wagered on the ber1777 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ber1777 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

ber1777 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with ber1777, you must at all times satisfy each of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute, non-negotiable, and strictly enforced through identity verification procedures.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which you are located or resident.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account with ber1777 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the account for your own personal recreational purposes only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through ber1777 or through any third-party responsible gambling service.

ber1777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at account opening and again at the point of first withdrawal. Verification documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of address may also be required for higher-volume accounts. All KYC documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to request updated verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Where a user fails to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request, ber1777 may suspend account functionality, including the ability to place wagers and process withdrawals, until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account with ber1777. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, share, or otherwise transfer your ber1777 account or the login credentials associated with it to any other person, whether for payment or otherwise.

Registration Process

To register with ber1777, you must provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and supply personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number linked to a Bangladesh mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel BD, or Teletalk). Your mobile number may be used to verify your identity via one-time password (OTP) at login and at the point of withdrawal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ber1777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password with any other person. ber1777 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other support channel.

You must notify ber1777 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. You can do so by contacting [email protected] or via the live chat function within the platform. ber1777 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

We strongly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account if available. Using a unique, complex password and not reusing credentials from other services will significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

Account Currency

All ber1777 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All balances, wager amounts, bonus amounts, winnings, and withdrawal figures are displayed in BDT unless otherwise specifically stated. No currency conversion is applied to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions — the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount that appears in your account wallet without deduction of conversion fees.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

ber1777 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit on the platform itself, though individual payment providers may apply transaction limits consistent with their own terms of service.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ber1777 wallet instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to process and reflect in your account balance. ber1777 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

All funds deposited to ber1777 must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. ber1777 may request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. You may withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer to a verified bank account held in your name at a Bangladesh-based financial institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 15 to 60 minutes from approval (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
• Rocket and Upay: Up to 2 hours from approval.
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours (BST, UTC+6).

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First withdrawals require completion of KYC documentation before processing. Subsequent withdrawals on a fully verified account are processed without additional documentation unless ber1777's risk management systems flag the transaction for manual review.

ber1777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard outbound transfer charges, which are outside ber1777's control. Always check the current fee schedule of your MFS provider before submitting a withdrawal request.

Responsible Use of Funds

You acknowledge and agree that funds deposited to ber1777 should represent discretionary recreational spending money only, and should not represent funds you cannot afford to lose. ber1777 is a gambling platform; wagering involves the risk of losing the entirety of the deposited amount. 5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ber1777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific product only.

Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Sports

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the start time of the relevant event. In-play bets are accepted during the live event subject to market availability, which may be suspended at any time at ber1777's discretion — for example during a wicket review, DRS decision, weather delay, or power play in a BPL or IPL match. Bets accepted during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.

In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed to determine a result under the applicable sport's official governing body rules (for example, ICC minimum overs rules for T20 matches). Where a result is declared official by the relevant governing body, that result will stand for settlement purposes regardless of subsequent reviews or appeals.

Live Casino

Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. Game results are final once the dealing or spin round closes. Disconnection during a live casino round does not void a placed bet; any bet recorded by the game server prior to disconnection stands as placed and will be settled according to the game result. ber1777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues outside of our platform infrastructure.

Slots and Virtual Games

All slot games and virtual sports titles available on ber1777 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited by the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the game information panels. ber1777 does not manipulate RNG outputs and has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, technical malfunctions, software errors, or human input errors that result in a clearly erroneous price or game outcome — ber1777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. Where a manifest error has led to a payout that would not otherwise have occurred, ber1777 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous payment from the user's wallet balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ber1777 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotional campaigns to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These specific promotion terms form part of these general Terms by reference and must be read in full before accepting any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by ber1777 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. A wagering requirement expresses the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of any resulting balance can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered ৳10,000 in total before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates (for example, 100% contribution for slots, 10–20% for live casino table games). The exact contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonus Abuse

ber1777 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and systematic exploitation of sign-up or reload offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and their remaining balance reviewed in line with our AML procedures.

Promotional Validity

All promotions are valid for the period stated in their specific terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity window will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your wallet without compensation. ber1777 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ber1777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Match fixing and corruption: You must not use ber1777's betting markets in connection with any attempt to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event. Suspicion of match-related activity will be reported to the relevant sporting governing body.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble on ber1777 while under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
• Money laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds through ber1777 as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime is strictly prohibited. ber1777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is prohibited. All accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets on ber1777 is prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by the registered account holder.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, MFS provider, or card issuer in relation to a legitimate completed deposit is prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players on live casino tables or in any other multiplayer game context to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is prohibited.
• VPN and geo-manipulation: Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or jurisdictional restrictions imposed by ber1777 is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ber1777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity related to the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of a duplicate account registered in the same name or associated with the same device or payment method.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero wallet balance.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your ber1777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat within the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, ber1777 will confirm your identity and process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active bonus terms or open bets may be placed on a brief hold while those items are resolved.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool — not merely a standard account closure. If you request self-exclusion, your account will be closed for the selected period (between 6 months and 5 years) and reinstatement before the end of that period will not be possible under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no wager, no deposit). ber1777 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts carrying a positive balance, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Dormant account balances are not forfeited; they remain withdrawable upon reactivation of the account following re-verification of identity. ber1777 will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders before any administration fee is applied.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of a ber1777 account — whether by ber1777 or at the user's request — all bonus balances, pending bonus credits, and free bet allocations are immediately cancelled. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to identity verification and AML checks. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ber1777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and resolution of the breach.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ber1777 platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. ber1777 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures set out in the relevant product terms or through competent legal channels.
